Software Knowledge
I know a wide range of software applications. I can answer questions, help take you to the next level of expertise, or provide training. You won't get a packaged curriculum from me. Instead, I'll work with you to determine your level of knowledge, your way of learning, and what you want to know so that you get just what you need at the level you need it.

I know:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Access and Publisher)
• Corel Office (WordPerfect, Quatro Pro, Presentations, etc.)
• Photoshop and Photoshop Elements (Image editing)
• Premier and Premier Elements (Movie editing)
• Quicken, Quickbooks, TurboTax and a some Peachtree from way back (Financial)
• Various utility programs, including Norton Internet Security, Anti-virus and anti-spyware and anti-spam software, and login & password management programs
• Various personal information managers and contact managers (Outlook, ACT!, Ecco Pro, even Packrat)
• HTML
• Relational database design
• CMS software, including Vignette and Joomla!

What's more, I can take this knowledge and probably teach you a program that I don't know, or haven't used in a long time. I know the concepts that underly the most common home and small business software applications. For example if you have photo editing software you want to use, I can probably teach you as I learn it.
